What we collect

On this website we collect what you give us through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) and standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device) through Google Analytics when you accept cookies.

In the product we store your account (email, name, organisation, roles), the records you and the agents create (decisions and your answers, notes, tasks, conversations with Assist) and an operational record of agent runs and integration exchanges. The reinsurance ledger — treaties, cessions, recoverables and reinsurer details — is stored in the Postgres database of your deployment, in your own cloud account.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to tell you about the product.
To run the service: sign-in, authorisation, the agents’ decision records, and the audit trail an administrator can review.
To improve the product, using aggregated usage that does not identify a person.

AI processing

When an agent prepares a decision or you use Assist, the relevant ledger facts (for example a reinsurer’s outstanding recoverables, a treaty’s terms) and your question are sent to the AI model provider configured for your deployment — by default Amazon Bedrock in your own cloud account. We do not use your data to train models. Messages an agent drafts are held and sent only when a person releases them.

Where it lives

Account, configuration and ledger data are stored in a database in the region of your deployment. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties except the sub-processors needed to run the service (cloud infrastructure, the model provider you chose, email delivery for the contact form and for statements you release).

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete the personal data we hold about you at contact@insightcede.com. Administrators can deactivate users and remove conversations directly.

Cookies

The website uses a consent cookie and, if accepted, Google Analytics cookies. The product uses local storage for your session and per-browser conveniences; it sets no advertising cookies.
